We know that once you place an order, you’re excited to see your handcrafted pieces arrive. Our Track My Order page helps you stay updated on your order from the moment it leaves our studio until it reaches your doorstep.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, each order may take a little time to prepare, carefully pack, and dispatch.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information provided by our shipping partner to follow your package.

To track your order:

1. Place your order
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation with your order details.

2. Order Processing
Our team carefully prepares and packs your handcrafted products for dispatch.

3. Order Shipped
Once your package leaves us, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

4. Track Your Package
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to check the latest delivery status.

5. Delivered
Your handcrafted piece arrives at your doorstep, ready to become part of your home.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Details?

Don't worry.

Tracking information is usually shared once your order has been dispatched. It may take some time for the courier's tracking system to display the latest status after the package has been picked up.

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your tracking information hasn't updated yet, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier system to update.

Your Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected?

We understand that waiting can be frustrating.
