At Khaat Studio, every piece begins with careful craftsmanship and ends with careful packing. Since many of our products are handmade, we take extra time to ensure your order is safely prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Our goal is simple: your handcrafted piece should reach you safely, beautifully, and on time.

Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch.

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Some handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional time. If your product requires a longer processing period, the estimated timeline will be mentioned on the product page or communicated to you after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes:

Metro & Major Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Locations: 4–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

For made-to-order or specially crafted products, the delivery timeline may be longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Khaat Studio may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers. Any applicable offer will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or message containing your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to follow your package and view its latest delivery status.

If the tracking information does not appear immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the courier system to update.

Safe & Secure Packaging

Handcrafted products often require extra care during transportation.

Before dispatch, we carefully inspect and pack your order using appropriate protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

For fragile products such as clay, terracotta, lamps, glass components, and delicate décor, additional protective packaging may be used.

Our team takes every reasonable precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changing the delivery address may not always be possible.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Delayed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, occasional delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Courier network delays
Transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will help you check the latest status with the courier.

Damaged Package on Arrival

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with when it arrives, please take photographs or a short video of the package before opening it, if possible.

If the product inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photographs of the outer packaging
Photographs of the product
A short description of the issue
Unboxing video, if available

Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Partial or Missing Items

If your order contains multiple products and you receive only part of your shipment, please don't worry. Some orders may be shipped in separate packages depending on product size, availability, or logistics.

If you believe an item is missing, contact us with your order number and the details of the missing product, and we'll look into it for you.

International Shipping

At present, our shipping availability may vary by destination.

If international shipping is available for your location, applicable shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and delivery timelines will be communicated during the checkout process where applicable.

Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
